If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within five days of receiving your order and we will gladly provide a full refund on products that have been purchased from us.

We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be happy with your experience. If you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it to us in sellable condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (less shipping charges) upon receipt.

With our seafood orders we offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product. If you would like to return your order due to a mistake on our part, our customer service team will be glad to assist you.
